The concept for this Patisserie was to bring an English Teashop and mix it with a French Italian twist, it has white marble tables, the display counter incorporates both a long chiller cabinet and a small heated cabinet, plus an ice-cream counter,

The restaurant was designed for a client whose instruction gave carte blanche to explore some areas in modern design, color and emphasis on the use of materials and textures

The brief we had from the Client on the refurbishment and development of this project was to make the most of the very small space available, we made bespoke wooden shelves and addressed the problem of the windows with glass shelves. When you entered the shop it gave you the feeling of walking into an Aladin’s cave of food.
